Returns and Exchanges

At we want you to love your shopping experience, so our returns policy is simple: 

You can return or exchange any goods bought from us within 14 days.


We try and aim for perfection, but we're human and appreciate that sometimes it doesn’t happen. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are always happy to offer an exchange or refund, and a swift and painless process to do so.

Please fill out the form enclosed in your package, and then return items with all tags and original packaging to within 14 days after that. But please remember our rules:


All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached.

We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their original packaging.

A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 10 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, but will exclude shipping costs.



How to return your item(s)

We will email you once we receive the goods back and confirm when your return, exchange or refund will be processed.


Refunds will be credited to the account or card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.


If you wish to exchange an item, please fill out the return/exchange form in your package, and when we receive the product, we will contact you to inform you of the exchange process.

Damaged/faulty items

If an item is damaged in transit, or faulty when you receive it, please call or email immediately, and send it back to us, and we will either send you a new one or refund you the total cost of the item, including shipping charges.


We have made every effort to display and describe as accurately as possible the colours of our products that apear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods with at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the ''seven day cooling off period''). To cancel your contract within the seven day cooling off period please notify us in writing by email or post before the end of the cooling off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging and tags. If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any postage charge. If the seven day cooling off period has passed, you will not be eligible to cancel the order.
